Not at all. If you can use a smartphone, you can use QR Menio. Creating an account takes 20 seconds and adding items is as simple as filling in a form. If you'd rather not do it yourself, our "Done for you" service handles everything.
You enter translations manually for each item — a dedicated name and description field for every language you add. Guests then freely switch language with one tap on the menu page.
Yes. Staff accounts can only toggle item availability and view analytics. They cannot change prices, edit items, access settings or download the QR code. You stay in full control.
Variants let you add sub-options to any item. For example, a Hookah item can have variants like Strawberry, Watermelon, Mint — each with its own toggle. Perfect for managing daily availability of flavours.
Currently QR Menio is a browsing menu — guests see options and order through your staff as usual. Online ordering is on our roadmap for a future update.
You can cancel anytime. Your account moves to the Free plan — you keep your menu with all its items and categories, capped at 500 menu views per month and 1 staff account. Your data is never deleted.
