All menu content — dish names, descriptions, prices, ingredients and allergen labels — is entered and maintained solely by the venue owner/staff. QR Menio does not verify or guarantee the accuracy of this information. Guests should always confirm allergen and ingredient information directly with venue staff before ordering, particularly in the case of allergies or specific health conditions.
We do not guarantee 100% uptime. Interruptions may occur due to planned maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
The service relies on third-party providers (Paddle, LemonSqueezy, PayPal for payments; Supabase for hosting; Sentry for error monitoring). We are not responsible for the availability, content, or privacy practices of these third-party services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QR Menio is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including lost revenue or data, arising from use or inability to use the service. Total liability, if any, is capped at the amount you paid in the preceding 30 days.
This disclaimer is governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
