By using the QR Menio platform you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We reserve the right to change these terms with prior notice to registered users by email.
QR Menio provides a tool for creating and managing a digital QR menu for hospitality venues. The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance whenever possible.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping your account password safe. QR Menio is not liable for damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your own negligence (e.g. sharing your password). Contact us immediately at support@qrmenio.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you enter into your menu — dish names, descriptions, prices, ingredients and allergen information. QR Menio does not verify, edit or guarantee the accuracy of submitted content. See our Disclaimer for more on menu and allergen accuracy. You must not submit content that infringes third-party rights or applicable law.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan chosen). Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our authorized reseller (Merchant of Record) — Paddle appears as the seller on your statement, calculates and collects applicable taxes, and processes all payments on our behalf. Prices are shown in your selected currency at checkout and may include tax based on your location.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings — access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period, after which the account reverts to the Free plan. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
QR Menio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost revenue, arising from use or inability to use the service. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the preceding 30 days. See our Disclaimer for details.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
